Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

It came with 3 defective pieces, which made the cube unusable. I opened the cube and those pieces had a really bad finish, I've never seen this with Chinese brands, so very bad for Moving Parts, they sell a product which can have production defects and it is not a cheap cube.
On the other hand, TheCubicle customer service was really helpful and sent me spare pieces to replace the ones that came defective. After doing so, and after applying some lube, the cube works pretty well. It is very nice and a good challenge for those who likes cuboids, I'm very happy with it, but be aware that if your unit comes with defective parts it will turn poorly.
I love this puzzle. The hefty feel of this puzzle is fantastic. I have purchased this recently but have not begun to scramble it just yet. I certainly love having it on display in my collection.
Soon enough, I will explore the intricacies of this beautiful and noble puzzle.
I love this puzzle and bought it the moment I saw it on the cubicle but it turns very rough. you have to have everything lined up perfectly in order to turn. and I had a few plastic caps /pieces come out it was extremely loose but it doesn't pop which I like. While I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the turning and pieces . the price is worth it . its a fun puzzle and looks great on the shelf
Excellent service. Thanks!
it broke the day i got it
This was a birthday gift about a year ago and man it's crazy. Took me a while to figure it out because when it's scrambled it really doesn't look solvable. Turns great, no sticker problems. If you buy this though I'd recommend taking it apart and putting it back together, it helped me learn how to turn it so that it doesn't catch as much. I solved this one before the normal x cube, but if you already know how to solve that then the x 2 should be easy, save it be you have and end parity. Definitely worth the buy!
I have this cube, and although I did not buy it from the cubicle, I can still say that is an awesome cube. This cube is a step up from the original X-Cube, which makes for a more difficult solve. I have had it for over a year now, and have still not managed to solve it. If you're looking for a great puzzle, this is it!
