Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Do NOT buy this

I bought it last year.
1st week. Good cube, meh corner cutting I thought.
2nd week. One of the corner magnets fell out. I fixed it.
3rd week. Another Corner magnet and an edge magnet fell out. Fixed. And I noticed that the magnet strength changes while you’re solving, making the feature useless and annoying.
4th week. It felt like almost every day that the magnets from the corners and edges falling inside or out.
5th week. Same problems, but corner twists even on tighter tensions were increasingly common.
6th week. The green core snapped in half. Fixed it with glue.
7th week. Blue core broke. Fixed it.
Present. By now probably all of the magnets have fallen out at least once, missing two. The green, blue, and white cores have broken. The green one twice. Didn’t write a review thinking QiYi would fix it from the complaints online. They did not fix this at all cause my friend bought it recently (2024 now) despite my warnings, and it broke in little over a month as well.
By the way the box broke the next day I got it.
Now ask yourself, do I want to buy this for more than $40 or not.

Good While it Lasted

Okay. Let me establish this - this (was) a fantastic cube. Instant PR and PB breaker (I'm not that fast - I average around 12/11s) but I got at home a 8.5 PB and in comp a 10.2 PR. But then.... :( it broke. It was first a corner magnet, then an edge magnet, and the another corner magnet. The Cubicle graciously sent me link to videos as to how to fix it (which I did) and then those temporary fixes broke about 2 weeks later. This cube is good, but If you buy it, purchase it somewhere that will replace it if/when in breaks.

Very good

I like how u can adjust the magnets on edges, at first 4/5 stars, but after setting it up one tick weaker on mags, 5/5 for ruffer turning. Also it felt and crunchy/sandy on higher mags, but smooth on lower, I like how it can give both

Great cube, would recommend.

This cube is amazing and is one of my 3x3 mains. The turning is very fast, and for me I prefer the Pioneer over the Flagship, because the maglev gives the cube an extra burst of speed that is more suited to my turning style, so that is something to keep in mind. As for the cube itself, it is very stable, and the cube deforms way less than other cubes like the WRM v9. Combined with lube, TV3 Pioneer is probably the most satisfying to turn out of all the cubes that I have. It is quiet, smooth, buttery, and still very fast with the right lubricants and settings. Speaking of settings, the dual adjustment system is incredible, and you can very easily find good settings that will suit your needs, without compromising the stability and reliability of the cube. There is very little to dislike about how the cube turns, but shifting towards the cube itself there are a few issues I have with it. For one, the magnet capsules crack easily, and if you mess with them too much they will start to break down a bit. Corner twisting makes me feel very uncomfortable because the sharp corners dig themselves into the edge magnets, and if you do it enough times the edge magnet capsules will break. Be sure that your turning is accurate and not too aggressive, because the cube does tend to corner twist if you do. Additionally, the hollow plastic makes this crunching sound when you do certain corner cuts, and it almost sounds like something is breaking inside of the cube. I am a little hesitant to go my top speed while using this cube out of fear that I will severely damage it, and compared to the v9 it is not as fast. It is also less controllable than the Flagship, so if you are satisfied with that version the Pioneer might not be for you, as the maglev increases the speed by a huge margin, and controlling it might be difficult if you are accustomed to the springs.
But as long as you turn accurately, take good care of the cube, and have good settings, TV3 Pioneer will not disappoint. It is easily one of the best cubes on the market, and I would highly recommend getting it. I got my current PB while using this cube. The UV also adds a nice shine to it, so if you want to fork over the extra dollars for the coating definitely go for it.
Again, great cube!

X man tornado

It's a very good cube, feels sandy out of the box and requires a lot of lube to setup, I use DNM, stardust and cubicle silk for control ability. The corner cutting is mid but the adjusting system is very nice with the handle. Not bad.

New main for 3x3, oh, and bld.

Best cube on the market by far. Turns so well, and has so many different adjustments. The adjustment system is so incredibly easy and good, a literal infant could figure out how to change tension to setting 4.
