The YJ GuanLong is a new, lightweight speedcube with a very low price point. It features pieces and mechanism similar to the YJ SuLong. Great as an inexpensive first speedcube for beginners!
The Stickerless (Pink) version features a 3-piece corner construction (as opposed to 2-piece corners for the Black/White stickered versions).

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

I got this at Toys R Us labeled as the "DUNCAN Quick Cube" (they just rebranded it, it's the same thing as this). It came very loose, and it pops a lot. Corner cutting at normal tensions is alright, about 25 degrees. Overall, for a budget option, I'd definitely recommend a little magic or a meilong, they are better than this overall.
Its turns so bad not fast and no corner cutting thanks JPERM!
So my little sister said that for her birthday she wanted a pink rubik's cube for her birthday. So what I did was I bought this, and she loved its colors, only it was extremely sandy and no amount of lube and setup made it good. looks nice, but doesn't turn well.
This is a very hard cube to write a review for, as there are so may things to talk about. My opinion in a short, condensed version is that, for a budget cube, It's okay...but you might as well get something like an MF3RS or a YLM for about the same price.
OOTB, this cube was very scratchy, dry, and tight. I began by loosening the tensions, which helped out the cube's performance, but not by a lot. I didn't bother to take it apart to lube the core; instead, I just squirted a little weight 3 into the tracks. This made the cube smoother, quieter, and less uncomfortable to turn.
Pros: Great for the price, light turning, snappy
Cons: Corner twisting, cheap-feeling plastic, hollow
This is my go-to cube for school: it's good enough that I can get somewhat decent times with it (if I'm ever cubing at lunch or in a class with a little free time) but cheap enough that I won't shed too many tears if it gets confiscated, stolen, or broken.
This was my first ever cube. I purchased it from Speedcubeshop, and after cubing with it for as long as I did out of the box, it just didn't hold up. It comes very tight which is great for beginner cubers who don't want pops, but once you start getting faster and going for serious times, it's gonna need some tensioning and lube, else you'll have a dry cube that locks up left, right, and center. Overall it's an okay choice for beginner cubers on a budget, but honestly I'd recommend something else if you can shell out the extra money.
Even though this cube has been on the market for a relatively long time, it's still a decent speed cube for people who are averaging 40 seconds and over.
This is still a great puzzle to mod and do stupid stuff with so the meme and nostalgia factors raise it's rating by two stars.
I wouldn't recommend buying this cube for speedsolving anymore, since there are many better budget speed cubes like the little magic which are so much better for this purpose.
After about 50 solves on this cube it started to get very sandy, very slow, and very hollow-feeling. My guanlong is now in the trash. If your a new cuber, buy the little magic, it’s MUCH better.

The cube arrived quite tight and slighty prelubed.the cube is amazing as a first speed cube and is slower than most cubes.i would recommend to beginners
Wow. I got the pink stickerless version of this cube at a local store several months ago, and it stunned me all the way. Before, my time was sub 4 minutes, using another brand. When I upgraded to this, I got to sub 60. (I used to use Layer by Layer) Now I use CFOP with sub 25.
First, I want to talk about corner cutting.
I tried a whole variety of tensions, but none of them got me a 45° corner cut. The only one that did was one that was super loose, and it would break if you trigger the sexy move quickly(R U R' U'). The highest I could get without the cube destroying itself was about 30°. It isn't that good.
Back then, I was still a beginner at speedsolving, so I didn't complain about that.
Secondly, I will mention corner twisting.
I wanted a high corner-cut angle, the corner-twisting on this one was incredibly simple, with little effort. I only get a corner-twist when I am scrambling the puzzle impulsively, as I sometimes(well, accidentally) "over-cut" the corners. Corner twisting never gets in the way when I am doing my solves though.
Thirdly, I will look at the speed.
The YJ GuanLong was a bit slower for my intention, but as I was altering the corner-cutting, it conflicted with the speed, as it then went faster than what I wanted. I decided not to be so picky, and I stuck with it for a while.
I tightened the tension a bit when I was fed up with the cube accidentally overturning, and I never cared about the corner-cutting until now.
I kept having lock-ups all the time because of this, too.
Overall: 4/5 stars.
I am upgrading to the Gan 356 Air SM, but I will never forget this one, as it led me through a long path. It is EXCELLENT for beginners.
