Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Let me get his straight. This cube is not bad. The cube has a very unique feel.
It starts to get WAY too slow and sluggish. The magnets are very weak and the glue is pretty weak.
I dropped the cube and a magnet fell off.
Just get the RS3M 2020 instead.
This was my first ever speedcube, and it turned out to be a great starter cube. OOTB it was a bit tight for me, so I loosened it up and it felt great! This cube definitely benefits from simple lubes like silk and DNM, but they can only do so much for it. Like I said, this is a great starter cube, but there are many other cubes out there now (primarily the RS3M 2020) that are better than this one at the same price range.
None of the other cubes I have compare to the feel of this one. OOTB this cube also had a decent amount of spring noise that I had to take care of. Other than that, It is a very quiet cube.
Out of the box it wasnt the best, but after some lubing and tensioning (i replaced the old loose strings with another tighter set of strings that i got in the box) it went from ok to amazing. My new main
I had this cube since it came out it was bad out of the box but after breaking in and some dnm 37 it became amazing
Ootb it was great, I never set it up and for an intermediate solver looking for an economic magnetic cube, the MGC was great. Only after solving in it for about a year have I seen any problems with corner cutting and pops, but that is only because I was turning aggressively (I normally have no problem with twists or pops) and have never cleaned/lubed it.
Sucks out of the box. Was going to return it until I tensioned it and thought it was a bit better, so i lubed it with cheap silicone spray and it is uncontrollable, but very fast. can do 180s and even 270s.
Out of the box, the cube turns smooth and effortless. The magnets are strong enough to do finger moves and it always lines up perfectly for the new move. The cubies also have a shape indention that fits nicely into a groove of the core so that the cube always lines up, which helps the magnets as a perfect pair. Corner cutting is great. I have not lubed this cubed and after 100 solves, it still performs amazingly. I transitioned from a beginner cube to this, which according to others would be a high-end intermediate cube. I was able to bring my PB from 1:14.454 down to 0:43.032 in about 5 weeks. This is a great cube to try out. Other reviewers are getting sub-10 solves on it, so I imagine that this cube will be perfect for me until I at least get sub-20 one day. The YJ MGC 3x3 matches great with my turning speed and mental processing. It's perfect and controllable for me.
Out of the box, this cube was amazing. Good normal corner cutting, and over 45 reverse corner cutting. After adding some weight 2 lube to this cube, it became my new main. The turning is smooth af and near effortless, and the magnets are perfect. I strongly recommend this cube to anyone, beginner to advanced, looking for a new cube to try out.
So i got this cube as my first ever speed cube at first it was great and stuff but afterwards it started to feel heavy even tough the cube isn't heavy but the turning feels really heavy. Has really bad corner cutting. The cube is also kind of loud. So it is definitely not a flagship cube and even if you are on a tight budget. I would suggest watching some reviews about other cubes
