Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

A fun toy but disappointing

I'm an avid mini cube enjoyer and I currently main the 7x7 warrior M. I love the YJ pocket line of cubes and the 4x4 and 5x5 zhilong are my mains even after trying multiple Gan 5x5s and the Aosu v4.

I love the way the zhilong line feels... However this 7x7 is disappointing compared to what I am used to with this line of cubes.

If you're looking for a small budget 7x7 thats great for speedsolving, the Warrior M is going to be your best bet. That cube just got the ASR and WR2 single.

The YJ pocket 7x7 is overall a fun cube to solve, its small, light, fast, and mostly enjoyable to solve. I like the way the cube feels but it has some serious stability issues, even after tightening. It has popped or had a major lockup on every solve I have done, even after tightening. It has similar stability issues to older big cubes (or older cuboids like Witeden's) where you tighten the centers and the middle layers are tight, but the outer edges are still loose and can pop out a lot easier than you would like.

I'm disappointed by this cube and I was really looking forward to a better 7x7 from this line of cubes. I was really hoping this 7x7 would be around the 60mm size mark instead of 55mm. It's 3mm smaller than their 5x5 in the same lineup of cubes.

This cube is just too small to be something I would really want to solve with.

As for the portability of it... It's very portable but due to the instability I would not trust this cube enough to solve it in public or in areas where pieces could get lost forever easily.

This puzzle is cheaper than the Diansheng mini 7x7 which is a bonus, but I still think it's overpriced for what you're getting. It's a watered down 7x7 that's too small for no reason.

I'd like to rate this puzzle higher but due to the stability issues, size, and price, it does not feel worth it. I was hoping this cube release wasn't going to be aimed towards "novelty" considering how well their other cubes preform in this line.

I hope my review gives enough insight for anyone looking to buy this puzzle.

Better than the Diansheng SMC

Is it for speedcubing? No. But it's good to use for casual cubing, and far superior to the Diansheng SMC. For reference, the cube on the left is the YJ pocket cube 5x5.

Cool cube

Turns nice and smooth and magnet's are strong.

Feels Good.

I like being able to completely grip the cube from all angles with the comfort of a 3x3. The small size also allows me to completely see all of the colors on any of the faces. The smaller faces increase my field of view so it doesn't feel like I'm combing the desert for a specific piece. Turning could be smoother, corner cutting could be easier, but it's good enough to get a sense of speed with precise turning.

A fun little novelty, but be careful

First of all, I wanted this cube just because I thought it would be fun to have a 7x7 that's roughly the same size as most standard 3x3s. It definitely delivered on that aspect, and the turning ended up exceeding my expectations, which had been set by horror stories about mini big cubes (is that an oxymoron?) of the past, namely the FangShi Mini 6x6.

However, while it can be tempting to turn quickly and be a little more reckless, it's important to be extra careful with making sure that each layer is properly aligned before starting the next turn. I instinctively tried to corner cut once and got a nasty lockup, and while attempting to remedy it, a large portion of the cube exploded all over the room. Thankfully the magnets somewhat lightened the challenge of reassembly, but let this be a warning to anyone who plans on seriously speedsolving with this thing. With the cube's much smaller size, I wouldn't have been surprised if I ended up losing a piece or two.

Overall, this is a surprisingly competent puzzle for being a tiny 7x7, and while it definitely works as something to occupy my hands when I'm bored, it won't be replacing my main any time soon.

This cube is good but kinda disappointing

So I bought this cube for my birthday and I got it and played with it and it exploded and was hard to put back together but it's a nice cube and one of the magnets where uneven and I could not do a turn I had to use my whole palm to turn it

Great addition to my collection.

This is one of my best made cubes. The magnets make turning feel very snappy. The magnets seem stronger on inner layers than the outer ones, probably on purpose. I'm not a speed solver by any means, but I've seen it solved very fast in videos, and I think it would work as long as you turn precisely. I knew it would be small, but it somehow still looked smaller than I expected, but that's no complaint. It's so nice to have a 7x7 that fits in a cube bag or pocket.

Now, for the only cons: The magnet "capsules" on mine weren't completely flush on some of the corner pieces, so they would occasionally catch on each other and stop a turn. I had a similar issue with another cube so I solved it the same way: I shaved away plastic with a knife until they would slide freely past each other. Of all the reviews I read and watched, none mentioned that issue, so maybe mine was a fluke. Also, the center caps are tiny, and a few are always lifting slightly so that it takes very little effort to pull them out. They have fallen out yet, but it seems like one might. I will probably "glue" them in with syrup (this holds caps in place, but not permanently).

Be careful with it

This cube is fun but unstable
Just one lockup or wrong turn is enough to completely obliterate the 7x7,be careful while turning if you get is,not recommended for speedsolving

Its good, but came in a used like condition

When i got it it was really good. It is my main now in fact, but it came with slight wear and tear on the surface and some debree. Other than that, really good 7x7. Maybe only mine was like this, but i recommend.
