Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Buyer Beware

I bought this cube, and it arrived without magnets. The cube itself is great turning, but I don't know how I ended up with a non-magnetic version of this

Beautiful, fun, and simple cube

The YuXin 8-Petals Cube M is a beautiful, fun, and simple cube with nice, clean lines. This cube is on the easy side, but enjoyable and relaxing nonetheless. You can solve it with just a little bit of persistence. No algs required! The cube I received definitely contains magnets (I verified) but it was really tight out of the box. Tightness was easily adjusted by popping off corner covers, loosening each screw, and snapping the covers back on. Anyone old enough to use a screwdriver can make this simple adjustment if needed.

I give it 4 stars because of the tightness and I've also been told it is likely a copy-cat version of the Redi Cube. That may be true or it may have been a parallel invention; it's difficult to know. In any case, if you want this cube, please consider buying Redi Cube instead, or in addition, to support the original designer. Happy Solving!!

A better version of the Redi Cube

This may just be a copy of the Redi Cube, but it's a far better built cube. The magnets help the pieces snap into place better so it doesn't get misaligned as frequently as the Redi Cube does. The plastic also feels much nicer than the cheap plastic of the Redi Cube. And finally it's a standard size (about 55mm) compared to the slightly oversized Redi Cube (about 61mm). The solve is fairly easy and can basically be done intuitively. The turning is quite smooth. If you're at all interested in getting a Redi Cube you should just get this puzzle instead.

Would reccomend

The Yuxin 8-petals cube is basically just a redi cube in disquise for anyone wondering. Its hard to do finger tricks on this but thats probably just me being unexperienced. The cube turns very nicely and snaps into place with the magnets. Overall its a very fun and easy solve. 9/10 would reccomend

Moyu Redi, watch out

An absolute delight. Virtually no challenge at all, as it requires no algorithms (it's entirely intuitive aside from a simple up-up-down-down three cycle).
It's everything the Moyu Redi Cube should have been.
It's smooth turning, the magnets are the perfect and it's beautiful on the shelf too.
A great cube for collectors or for those just learning the basics.
Strongly recommend.

Amazing upgrade to the Redi Cube!

Just got this in the mail yesterday, and love it. Ready to use straight out of the box, no lube needed. My times went down by about 5-10 seconds immediately after switching (35 -> 25). Magnets are pretty strong, but that works in the cube's favor as it prevents corners from turning when you don't want them to. The size is something I'm still getting used to, as it's more akin to a regular 3x3 then the 60 mm original Redi Cube. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a Redi Cube, or really to just anyone interested in cubing in general.

good after setup

The cube itself is shockingly good, and the magnets help more than I can explain. If wca ever makes the redi cube an official event than this would be flagship worthy already. The only problems with it, are that there is no reverse corner cutting, which leads to a ton of lock-ups during the solve, the cube is so fast and effortless to turn (I could do a four turn flick effortlessly) that just holding it can make it deform even with the magnets in place. Speaking of in place, the quality control on this cube was awe full (no surprise from Yuxin though) three of the magnets were literally backwards when it arrived, but I was able to fix it just by popping the caps off and flipping them the magnets around. There was also a side that was WAYYY to tight. So after a bit of tensioning, lubing, and some magnet flipping, this cube is fantastic!
