Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

IT LOCKS UP WAY TOO MUCH. MINE EXPLODED AND I CAN'T EVEN FIX IT! UR BETTER OFF BUYING A CUBE FOR OVER $15 OR SOMETHING
Got it from a $3 mystery puzzle and with that order also got some lube, so I tried to make this cube slightly functional, but even with lube I feels like a block of sand.
This cube even when lubed is horrible. It cannot corner cut one bit and the turning is atrocious at the best.
Not the best but it is good for beginners and it is also very dry
This cube was one of those that you put in your cart just to reach the free shipping mark. I bought this not expecting much, because after all, this IS $6. This introduced me to bigger cubes and it is really bad. Not even good enough for budget, sadly. I have since moved to the WuQue Mini M 4x4 and it is much better. If you're looking for a good budget 4x4 then I'd save an extra few bucks and buy the normal Yuxin Little Magic M, which is an extra $7. Anyways, back to the YBK. It catches, pops, and feels super cheap. Don't bother seeing if it's better than what we make it, because it truly is a bad cube.
This cube is complete trash, I bought it and just keeps breaking. I tryed to tighten it and just didn't help. The peices pop out and some of the peices fell out completely.
its a cheap cube, but it is good for a starter cube
I'd give it no stars if i could. The turning and corner cutting is horrendous, the center caps pop extensively, and the inner are so bad, every time i tried to turn them, the cube would break in some way. Never buy this cube, you're wasting your money. Get a cube that doesn't suck so bad.
I mean, you get what you get for the price, out of the box it poped on me like 60 times and i had to tighten it, then idk why it became super flimsy and just kept on popping for some reason, this cube is also extremely slow and idk why people say its smooth but mine just isnt at all, please, do not get this cube, if you are looking for a good budget 4 by 4, get the meilong much better for just 1 dollar
I can't get this thing to fly. It was chosen as my first 4x4 puzzle, due to the YuXin 3x3 Little Magic's bang for the buck and its turning ability to keep up with my thoughts.
I am absolutely blown away by others' 4x4 puzzles in YouTube tutorials; this cube does not behave in any manner like any of them, no matter what I try with tensioning and lube.
It always catches well over a dozen times during a solve, and I am writing this in public right now after my third pop, to the point where I might not even bother putting it back together. I've had this puzzle for about a week.
My 3x3 average is 35s, but I wouldn't recommend this to anybody who has gotten their 3x3 solves to under a couple minutes. It is pure agony trying to turn the faces. I am sub 4m (don't laugh ><), and the cube simply can't keep up with my thoughts.
