Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

It's pretty bad, like really bad, like super bad. Lockups, hard to turn, really noisy, however I do like the red plastic on the internals. If there was a half star review I would choose it.
I can not complain
The turning is sandy, but does feel pretty fast. Corner cutting isn't very good though, and the cube is very catchy. Since I am just learning 4x4 for fun and not planning on speedsolving yet, the cheap price is incredible and it turns well enough, but if you're looking to speedsolve this definitely isn't for you.
This is my first 4x4 and I can tell this cube isn't great. Even with lube, the cube feels really slow and sandy, and corner cutting is bad.
When I got this cube, it seemed fine to start. And honestly, if you don't ever plan to speed solve a 4x4, then it is fine. But if you ever want to enjoy solving it quickly, this is NOT the cube to get. The frosted plastic is nice but kind of strange. it locks up quite a bit and no amount of lubing, tensioning, or breaking in seems to help it at all. If you can, spend a couple more bucks and save yourself the time and headache.
OOTB, the cube was very slow. I had to break in and use a file to make it faster. It also comes in very tight. I like this because it is light and I also got my Pb on it. (I also have a Aosu WRM)
I asked for the v1 of this cube for my birthday one year. Don't know if it was accidental, but they ended up sending me two cubes when we ordered one. So big thanks. Definitely not the best on the market, but hey, its 5.99. I don't plan on upgrading till i reach sub minute and learn 4BLD, which are definitely goals that can be accomplished on this cube.
I wish I could reveiw higher but the center peices are way too easy to brake other than that it's a great puzzle however not very fast
Turning 7 /10
Not breaking 2/10
I got this cube to be the alternative to my Rubik’s 4x4 (which sucks). This puzzle was very sandy and crunchy right out of the box. With a little of 99 cent mofang GE lube, it was good enough to turn and actually solve. For the price its not terrible and if you plan on speed solving, I would recommend a different cube.
