YuXin Black Kirin Skewb
The YuXin Black Kirin Skewb is a new skewb design that does away with the traditional ball bearings and replaces them with a fully plastic alignment mechanism. This makes for a very lightweight, clicky solving experience.

Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I only just learned skewb, it's a fun puzzle to learn other than your main. Though I found it to be a struggle when I gave it the first turn, literally slipping out of my hands, so beware of that. That's just me, not the puzzle. Because some people are used to a different puzzle as their main or they want to just try this out, it might be a struggle and quite uncomfortable to some people. Now onto the actual twisty puzzle itself. The black kirin is a nice cube, and it is very great for beginners to learn from, though I will take away a point for the packaging, legit a piece of cardboard in the box to fill up the box size. a little smaller than the MoYu RS3M box or GAN box packaging. It's very nice, and I love the little reference to the actual black kirin during the dynasty times. The box it came with me had a design of a black kirin based on the Qing Dynasty which is a mythical animal from the poem "Shijing" or "Feet of the Lin" poem in classical poetry from 11th to 7th BCE. Though it is a wide arrange of different types of kirins, in Chinese it is called "Qilin" with multiple different ones from other countries. It is a legendary mythical creature resembling a hooved chimerical, a legendary mythical creature according to Greek mythology times was a fire-breathing hybrid. Ok too much qilin, more cube. The cube is actually great, it basically aligns easily though with wrong hand movements it can slip out or misalign. Lovely great cube, it is a 10/10, for beginners and intermediate. I suggest using another skewb for something I would say like a magnetic or a trustworthy skewb. Color schemes seem the same as usual. I just suggest getting a good hand coordinate for the cube in itself, not this specific cube but all of them. Honestly though, love the cube, I've been cubing nonstop for about 2 months and this just came in 2 days ago. Love it! Finally, a new cube to learn. I still would suggest it because it's sorta cheap for a broke cuber like me. This is quite a long message just for a cube. Oh well, too late to turn back because I did all this already lol. Love the cube, beginner friendly. Ok, hope you all have a great time cubing and have a good Cubicle experience. Y'all have a good day now, goodbye! (By the way, if you need to lube it, lube it.)
It came a bit dirty but the preformence is pretty good
This skewb does not turn very smoothly. It is not terrible, but not smooth. It isn't very stable but if you are looking for an affordable budget skewb i'd definitely recommend.
Honestly this is the first time getting a skewb and it's great get this for a non cuber they can solve it and it's just a awsome weird one too
It pretty good skewb have tried many but felt good enough we're it wasn't making a bad impression on the skewb could see my self trying to speed solve if it weren't for some other cubes on the market
All though it is expensive I got it as a gift, and taught the recipient how to solve the Skewb. All in all, worth the price
This cube was so fun to turn. The only part that I didn’t like was the tutorial so I just watched one online. Other than that the cube was so fun and I would recommend it for others. Thank you so much for the cube, Cubicle.
Pretty snappy and slow and loud and the colours are really dark when I chose bright, overall it’s ok for my first skewb
My review wont be the most accurate, especially since i just started skewb. However i didnt seem to have many issues with the cube itself as far as turning and a fee lockups every now and then. Although the cube itself was pretty solid, the cube was diety when it arrived and had a few stains that I couldn’t remove.
my first skewb and 1st day i used the manual to learn how to solve it. i can hear the springs. so if you dont want to watch youtube it comes with a great little booklet that teaches you how to solve and it has a good method. turns OK. i would recommend to everyone
