All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

YuXin Little Magic 10x10
It's larger than I was expecting but not unmanageable. At first it felt stiff but by the end of the first solve felt really smooth. This isn't built for speed and you'll get a lot of pops trying to cut.
Worth the price tag. However, if this one breaks I'll spend a spend a little more for a faster 10x10
Turns better than the meilong, considerably bigger though but I think this is a good trade
I'm stupid. I disassembled it. I can't assemble it. Good cube, stupid brain.
l can solve all cubes from
3 x 3 x 3 to
my favorite is a 7x7x7 with magnets.
This 10 x 10 x10 is too large to comfortably hold and turn, l have to rest my hands.
Do you have a smaller version one with magnets?
l can also solve the megamix and petamix.
Turns very well but center pieces come off occasionally otherwise love it
This is a great Little Magic! (own: 6x6m 7x7m 8x8 9x9 10x10 and 11x11) As is often the case, just wipe off the surface (the little lube they use sometimes settles out during all that shipping and shelf time into the plastic over wrapping) and then play with it… for some reason mine squeaks like a gym full of little kids sneakers, so I tried adding a bunch more lube than I thought it would need. It soaked up everything I gave it, but still has that “nylon on nylon” squeak here and there… probably some modern/quality cube lube would be better than what I have access to tho. The cube is big, but I have big hands (grabbing R, I can turn it and the first six slices under it without modifying my habitual grip), so its very nice to solve/make designs on. I was worried about how the weight might tire me out, but I found I could spend over 3hrs manipulating it without even noticing. It doesn’t seem to lock up on me at all, and is rather forgiving for alignment (you can have a quite warped face and as long as it is vaguely close, it will turn without hesitation), but if it did, all you’d need to do is set it on a table and it will flatten out easily. If you want a large order cube, you can’t beat this quality and price - tho, if I had to choose between this and the 11x11 Little Magic, I would choose the 11x11 because it is a bit easier to manipulate than this one is (which is saying a lot, given how nice this one is!) 🙋🏼♀️
