The YuXin Little Magic Skewb is the newest puzzle in the Little Magic line. It retains some characteristics of the other puzzles in the line like being lightweight and fast. This puzzle features polished plastic, and a ball bearing alignment mechanism.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

When I first got this, I learned skewb with it, then it was perfect. Now, I use the Aoyan and its so much better, and for fast solvers, the little magic is pretty terrible
I got this cube as a skewb to just start learning, and id say its was very good. For how I turn (slow because I am new to skewb) its a very nice cube. I don't know how one of the top skewb solvers that turn very fast would do. But for me I like it. One thing i would say is the plastic seems more like a toy plastic than a cube. I dont know if its like this on stickered, i got stickerless.
I’ve had the cube for a good time took it to camp and got sandy but lubed it . It’s alright
The cube is really nice and i have no problem with it. It might just be me becuase that was my first skewb . It was nice to use as a main but if u are look for a main this is a nono but for a starter this could be good. It is really good for the price
This is written by a beginner skewb solver-
An excellent turning cube with very few flaws (the biggest of which may not even be one, being that it squishes in at some points causing it to feel a little unstable). Stickerless shades are bright and high contrast. The skewb is very durable, as it can survive a 10 foot fall onto a hard surface and still function. Particularly on sale, I would highly recommend
so its a nice skweb turning perfect, perfect for begginers
This is my first skewb, and I wasn't impressed or disappointed. OOTB, it was pretty lose and there was one yellow sticker that was peeling already, but it also took me a while to figure out how to tighten it. Once I get better at skewb, i think i might try the MoYu or Xman skewb
This skewb is great right out of the box. Not sluggish, not to fast but perfect for me. It is living up with the rest of the Little Magic line. It is perfect for beginner skweb solvers but intermediate and world class solvers would like others.
I love the Little magic series, I actually use the Yuxin Little Magic Megaminx as my main. But I was kind of disappointed when I got this. It feels too uncontrollable, as the ball bearings are kind of small, and although I suspect it will get better once I have set it up nicer, I think that the Qiyi Qicheng A is a better budget skewb. I have the Wingy, which I think outperforms this by a lot, but this is still a good skewb. Get it if you want to try something new, and aren't expecting to replace a main.
Yuxin is releasing some really cool puzzles lately and this one is no exception. This is a very light turning skewb with ball bearings - the light weight, quick turning and excellent performance definitely earns it a spot among other 'Little Magic' puzzles like the LM 3x3.
Feel wise I'd say the Moyu magnetic is closest in feeling, but this feels even lighter and quicker. For those who haven't tried ball bearings, at least in Skewbs I think they make a totally reasonable alternative to magnets and give a nice tactile click when the puzzles aligns. The stickerless shades on this are glossy and match the Huanglong and LM 2x2.
I think this is definitely a contender for best 'budget' skewb - if price is a major factor in your purchase this will give you something that performs a lot better than some of the other $6 skewbs on the market. Can it hold its own against the flagships? Possibly. I still need to set this up, adjusting the OOB tensions already helped make it more stable. I'm only giving it a four because some of the tried and true great skewbs aren't that much more expensive.
Oh if you're wondering about the difference between this and the Kirin Black - the Kirin Black has frosted, slightly lighter shades and uses a plastic tab in place of the bearing, giving a stronger click sensation and more papery turning. Also a cool skewb with a unique feeling. I prefer the glossy sides of this one hands down.
