Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Not the Best Budget Cube

Out of the box the cube is very sandy but quick and was already my main. The pros of this cube is that it's very controllable, but the cons of this cube is that it's very sluggish and it can the corners can easily flip so you need to be careful on that. Also the cube pops often and one of the center caps on mine always keeps falling off which kind of gets annoying at times. Other than that the cube is 3.99 and it is very controllable.

slightly better than a quanlong

This cube isn't that great out of the box, but it has potential. it is very tight, sluggish, and overall just doesn't turn well out of the box. the corner cutting OTOB is about one cube regular and half a piece reverse. I set it up with weight 3 on the core and maru on the pieces. And after doing that and loosening the tensions, it became a good beginners cube. i'm using it for my club.

Overall, this isn't a good cube out of the box, but it has potential.

Okay, but not as good as the fire

For the first turn, it had a sandy and slow feel, after turning it again, It got better, and from there it got better, I played with the different tensions for a bit, then it got okay, I lubed the pieces with Rubik's Brand Lube and it got much better, after about 50 solves it is good, but not as good as the Yuxin Fire.
Out of the box though I found that I was missing a corner cap, which makes it fell weird and it catches. other than that, it is okay but I would recommended getting the Yuxin Fire insted.

Slow

Out of the box. It was pretty fast and decent corner cutting. But the more I play with it. The slower it gets. And I even lubed it with maru lube and it was food then became slow. Then I cleaned it and tried again and the same thing happened. So I don't know. It isn't terrible when it's slow. But isn't great

Amazing cube! (Edited)

Wow, is pretty much I have to say. Out of the box, it was dry and very sandy, yet smooth. It felt blocky, which I like. It is really fast, able to perform U2, yet controllable. It corner cuts very well, as much as the standard exceptation of modern cubes. To be honest, the only problem is the stickers since theres a lot of air bubbles in them, but other than that, a very good, and I mean good, cube.

I would highly recommend it to beginners.

UPDATE:

After properly breaking the cube, here are my final thoughts.

Speed: Somewhat smooth, moderately fast. Kind of sandy. Feels a little blocky.

Corner Cutting: Probably the best I've seen from a budget cube. Normal is over 45 with some ease, and barely over 3/4 reverse.

Lock ups: Either none or very minimal. There is some catching though.

Cons: Frequent corner twists, about every 20 solves. Pops are uncommon, but can happen. Catching is frequent.

I'd still recommend this cube. This is probably one of the best budget cubes if you set it up correctly. I put weight one on pieces, weight five on core.
