The Z 2x2x1 is the first 2x2x1 to hit the market in years. It features a small form factor, lightweight design, and bright sticker colors. Each cubie measures about the same as a typical 2x2 cubie (25mm).

Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Very nice turning puzzle, and nice stickers! It is quite a difficult puzzle actually! Took me about 4 hours to figure it out, and I had to use a bunch of commutators, and then I had parity 😡. Very nice cuboid!
This puzzle is fun to solve, but it's just so hard. It really should come with a tutorial booklet.
I love it, but it has to be my hardest puzzle
I teach cubing at a k-12 school and this is exactly what I needed to show the differences mathematically between permutations and combination in smaller systems. The little ones can solve it pretty easily so this is perfect for my needs.
This is a great time-waster. When you have nothing to do, whip it out and just turn it over and over. It is so entertaining to play with. So much so, in fact, that my friend, who isn't really into cubing loved it so much she just stole it! I don't mind it, actually, I'll just buy another one since it is very cheap anyway. She told me that it helped her relax at work or just when something is stressing her out so I guess this is also a good stress reliever for anyone who needs that in their life right now. Other than that, it turns pretty well. Would 100% recommend!!
This cube is great for more experienced cubers. This has kept me up for hours just trying to learn how to solve it. All of the algorithms are a challenge to learn.
The 2x2x1 is as simple as non satire puzzles get. Its not really a puzzle as much as a fidget toy, and can be considered, an ideal gift for a non cuber, that likes the look of puzzles. Turning is good, but the caps can pop off if your not carefull. Overall good puzzle.
I love this cube because a 2 year old can solve it you only have to do the se*y move to solve it
This feels like a very high quality puzzle all around. The plastic feels thick and sturdy, and turning mechanism is very smooth. While it doesn't corner cut at all, I haven't encountered any situations where I felt like it was lacking in smoothness or strength. The stickers are also extremely high quality, thick, and have a wonderful textured feel to them.
I only have two complaints about this puzzle. First, the yellow stickers on mine aren't quite centered (on one side of the sticker they come right up to the edge of the plastic, while on the other side there is 3.5mm of space between the edge of sticker and the edge of the plastic). Secondly, the "Z" logo on the white side is actually a Z shaped hole cut into the sticker itself. This naturally means that it can't be removed if you prefer your puzzles logoless, but it also is very noticable by touch due to the high thickness of the stickers. It's actually a pretty cool way to add a logo to puzzle, but I would have preferred the puzzle be logoless entirely. Neither of these issues are enough for me to knock a star off the rating though, or dissuade anyone from getting this puzzle to complete their collection of cuboids.
