Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Hi Katie,

Thanks for leaving your feedback. Unfortunately, our Mystery Puzzles are randomized. We do however leave room for the customer to make general requests. If you would like a cube puzzle in the future, please do not hesitate to let us know. We would be happy to accommodate you.

Pleasantly surprised

I was doing a order to just get some lube to test out and figured, screw it, let’s see what I’ll get. It’sa neat idea to being with; your promised a puzzle at least the dollar about your put in or something better, so it seems like a win-win. I got a YJ MGC SQ-1. A magnetic Square 1 right off the bat! So for $10 I got a great puzzle worth at least twice the amount, I’m defiantly happy. I have a Square one, not magnetic, and want to get back to try out speed solving with it, so this is definitely an upgrade. I don’t know a lot of the different brands or quality of s-1’s. I read some other reviews of guys who are into S-1 where they said it felt cheap but a god budget cube with some flaws. So out of the box, I have to say, it felt lighter than my previous one, and turning it made me feel like I will break it if I’m not careful. But doing some casual solves last week, I have to say, I’m really liking this puzzle. I can see if you have an aggressive turning style, how you can have some pop outs, but this is a very nice cube overall. I’m into budget cubes, because I’m a cheap-o, but this is a great cube and it is tempting me to get something of a better quality.
So, for anyone else that just got into Square-1 and want a decent speed brand that’s not expensive, I highly recommend the YJ MGC S1. This has nothing to do about the cube itself, but it has the nicest box out of any cube I’ve bought so far. This is a great cube

2 Great Puzzles

I got a MFJS MEILONG 6X6, and a MFJS MEILONG MEGAMINX M, both of which are usually $14. I already had a megaminx, but had been wanting a 6x6 for a while, so I'm very happy!

Pretty Awesome!

I don’t know what to expect when I bought this. Probably a really good 2x2, a decent 3x3, or something else I didn’t even know existed. I’m glad to say I was pleasantly surprised with a Monster 3x3 and it’s a lot better than my old cube. Although I could’ve used a bit of lube for my other cubes, it’s surprising my new main became a magnet less cube. Worth it!!

Square-2 was bad quality

I recieved a Calvin's Square-2 in my $10 Mystery puzzle and I was not very happy with the result. It popped a lot and even broke one time. However, it will be a good challenge once a learn Square-1.
