Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

They keep breaking

These were good while I had them and they were useful but it seems like Everytime I adjusted the tensions at least one of them would break and the first time it happened I just used the spare orange one that was included so it was fine but I was fixing my tentions today and another one broke and I don't have any replacements and they are out of stock or are being discontinued so there's not much I can do.

Work in RSC

I was seeing the kind of GES that Gan used for the RSC (Rubik's Speed Cube) and they look like the same so I order it, and they fit and work perfectly.

Springs

The spring is one of the most important thing needed to dial in a cube. I hope 'The Cubicle' will make available many more spring options in the future. I want weaker springs and currently they are not available . To be specific , bare springs of varying compression strengths , diameter , number of turns . To have options to modify any cube's springs would be great !

False Advertising

This said it was for the gan 356 air. When I got them, I put the yellow ones on, and I had great difficulty screwing them on. I barely screwed them on, maybe a couple turns or so, and the results are not great. The corner cutting is now terrible and it frequently locks up, and after half a solve the ges came off of the screw and the whole cube fell apart. For ges that are designed for the 356 air, they sure have a ton of problems. I will return these and buy the g series of ges, and I recommend you do the same

Gans 356 Air GES Spring Set (S-Series)

I tried all of these in a few hours and this is MY OPINION.

RED=pretty slow but very stable so I swap for OH

ORANGE=tight but fast

YELLOW=fast a little unstable but good

My favorite of these are the yellow nuts but I do use red for oh.

Not sure...

I placed an order on this, and I don't think it comes with a tensioning tool. Just a bit of a warning.

Okay

RED: Way too tight. I don't think anyone will find this good.
ORANGE: Pretty tight. I think that there are some people that will like this. It feels a little gummy and smooth, but a little locky.
YELLOW: A little on the looser side. For some reason yellow is looser than clear. Yellow is the best out of the S-Series for sure, but the G-Series is better.

Enough said.
