Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Main for a while

I love this cube. I haven't tried the other weilong v9 but I easily prefer this over my ball core YS3M and RS3M V5.
The magnets feel natural, on the stronger sig but nothing compared to a tornado v3.
I generally prefer a fast cube with strong magnets and strong auto alignment. They are not adjustable which is a con but for me the magnet strength feels good. To be more specific I would put the magnet feel and strength almost half way between the GAN12M and the Tornado v3.

The plastic feels very soft yet premium. The UV Coating is great. I used some Dignitas on the tracks and a small amount on the edges Combined with DNM37. If you like a slower puzzle use gravitas on the tracks instead.

Only reason it's not 5 starts is because of the adjustment system still using a screw in 2024. I really wish it had something similar to the v3 adjustment system.
