Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Clacky

Overall, it's a nice cube, The UV Coating is much better than the frosted finish,
it connects consistently and rarely causes an issue. The app is great and has many options and will help you improve. However, it is very clacky, and since there are no tension or magnet strength adjustments, even with lube you can't change it to be smoother.

Cube performs great, app is meh, corner magnet loose on arrival

I'll preface this with saying this is my first new cube since the Weilong GTS2M back when it came out.

I tend to not be big into lubing my cubes, so the out of the box feeling is really important to me, and it definitely surpassed my expectations. I was expecting something that didn't turn on par with flagship cubes (and I can't really compare it to modern flagships), but I think I like it better than the GTS2M. Its a little too fast for me so I'll probably have to slow it down. If I just picked it up and started turning there's no way I'd guess it was a smart cube.
I also do really like the look of the cube with its UV coating and am glad I got this over frosted.
One unfortunate thing was that my cube arrived with a loose corner magnet which made the cube super noisy. I had to take apart the corner and glue it in to keep it in place, and now the cube is pretty quiet compared to my other 3x3s.

Now for the app, since if you just want a 'dumb' cube, there are far better and cheaper options. After taking a while to first connect to the app, it now connects really quick, and rarely disconnects for more than a second or so. The online multiplayer features are essentially dead and really buggy, so don't expect to be using that, although the one time I did find a lobby it was pretty fun for a bit.

The algorithms training is useful, although I could see myself pulling up a tutorial on youtube on the side as well to learn the finger tricks, since the app doesn't show that.

As for the timer, its ok. It does function fine for starting and stopping the timer, and its relatively accurate on the breakdown of steps, although there are mistakes with the breakdown of inspection vs execution time for each step.
**** The really really annoying feature is that it is just completely wrong in its calculation of my PB averages. The graph of averages of 5, 12, and 100 over time are correct, but then the table with my PBs is just completely wrong, and not by a small amount. It says my PB average of 5 is 16s but I can clearly see on the graph the lowest it gets is 21s. Its a massive issue in my opinion, but surprisingly I haven't seen any mentions of this issue online. It just means that in order to read off your averages, you need to look at the graph and estimate the minimum, which is pretty dumb.
